This video covers the entirety of the First World War in Estonia but this time on a more accurate map, starting from the occupation of Ruhnu in 1915 up to the beginning of the Estonian Independence War in 1918! For over a year, Estonia and its islands and islets became a battleground between the already exhausted Germany and Russia. After the Germans succeeded in capturing the majority of the islands and inflicting a devastating defeat for Russia in the Battle of Moon Sound Russia suffers a revolution and the resistance to the Germans collapses. This video was made just because the WW1 in Estonia video had a really outdated and unaccurate map. Enjoy.
