This mission is a huge pain in the ass. This took me 70 attempts all in all. The first many of them was spent trying to figure out a way to handle the mission without getting spotted. The mission requires you to fire a shot from a sniper rifle, a very special one at that.

You need to go pick up a Barrett 50.cal from some local who for some reason has one of those and carry it to a vantage point of your choosing, without getting seen by the guards. Then you must shoot the target through the limousine's windows. You can stop the vehicle by shooting its wheels.

Then you must get out of the area before the soldiers escorting the target kills one of the local guards. Which for some reason is considered your fault and the deaths hurts your rating. Can you imagine how much it sucks to clear the mission without failure only to get a silly Proffesional ranking only because some UN soldiers are racist and decide that just about any arabian person might as well have killed their client? Spoilers. It sucks.
