Okay, so this mission is what you'd call annoying. I'll elaborate further upon why its so annoying through the annotations.

The objective is to kill some authority figure and transport a crate of hazardous materials to the surface for pick-up. Its simple enough to get through but if you desire the highest ranking then things will get a little troublesome, especially on Pro mode when you can't save your game.
