After finding time to play the game again...

I finally figured out how the Melee works... (yeah slow right, lol)
In this video I'll show what it looks like when you need to hit W only
than later E only to notice a pattern of what each letter represents...

you may notice that 47 mainly knocks them two ways (up & down) whenever you hit "Q"
When they are knocked up, hit "W" & vise versa, if they're knocked down hit "E"

another thing to notice is, its always one after another every time you move to the next target. If you start with "W" the next guy is "E" no matter what you do, kill with weapons / choke / reload the game the next one will be "E" too if the previous was "W"

So all you need to do is figure out the first by reacting fast enough or let the first guy have the first shot, than you can go with the flow...
W - E - W - E - W - E - W

I did notice there may be a tiny % chance it may be random again, not sure about that... so far this works fine with me...

oh btw, in the bar fight some people you need to hit Q twice... not included in this video
