It's a bit time consuming, especially if you get somebody else as a target other than Carmine DeSalvo.

1. If you get Rudy Menzana, just open the globe in the library and poison his alcohol (when nobody is looking).

2. If you need Lorenzo Lombardo, just go up to his room and rig his propane tank to explode. So the next time he comes up and cooks his food it'll blow up.

3. Final note, do NOT kill everyone on your list, leave the optional targets alone and only kill whoever your primary is. If you get everyone, your rank will decrease, you only need to take out the one target.

If you're not getting Silent Assassin make sure to always follow these rules when doing a run,

-Don't blow your cover.
The player's cover is blown when guards are attacking the player.
The player's cover can not be blown while wearing the Suit.

-Acquire no witnesses.
Any NPC who sees the player doing anything incriminating.
Any NPC taken as a human shield in the presence of a mirror will become a witness, including after being knocked out.
Animals can also become witnesses.
Getting caught trespassing will not result in witnesses. (as long as your bar doesn't turn red)
If caught on camera, you must steal the video tape.

-Do not harm or kill anyone but the targets.
Accident kills of targets are exempted.
Human shields who are killed by guards are exempted.
Harming or killing animals are exempted.
Unarmed combat (pushing, headbutting, punching, disarming) does not count as harming.
Sedating and knocking out NPCs does not count as harming.

-Avoid running away from a frisk or initiating one, as this will lower your rank.
Hiding weapons inside other objects (such as crates) will render them undetectable.
The player's Rifle Case can be upgraded to make the W2000 sniper rifle undetectable.

-Leave no evidence.
The player's suit and custom weapons count as evidence, so you must be wearing your suit at the end of the mission.

-Don't let any bodies be found.
Bodies of accident kills are exempted.
Bodies of animals are exempted.
If you kill a target make sure it's either accidental or they're hidden (where no one goes to, or put them in a container).
