107After Shaw Was added to the mod, I decided to add Eva Toress, She is now the captain of the PCPD HSTF after the Mercer Disappears. Her and shaw will be working together and not against each other for once and it all starts at even from heat level 1! Once Heat 5 arrives, Everything breaks loose. Nothing But the Fastest patrol cars will be dispatched and multiple helicopters along the way. Those Heli's won't run out of fuel so easy this time. So Try outrunning it lol. The cops are capable of going the maximum speed and the only Weakness is the fallback trait and jumps (Just think of them as pursuit breakers.) K.S Jammer Recommended!
