For the test I chose probably one of the more challenging locations, a village near Hogwarts. Hogsmeade is full of NPCs and lots of houses to break RT on. So please take into mind that I am showing one of the most GPU/CPU intensive locations.

During testing I discovered a "BUG" maybe in the drivers maybe in the game itself. The RTX 4070 Ti, with full Ray Tracing enabled in 4K, has strange FPS dips that are associated with extremely low GPU power consumption. The load indicator is 95+% but the GPU consumption fluctuates to below 150W, which is well below the maximum. I have run the test repeatedly. I assume this is a bug that will be fixed in future updates, but this is how I tested it and I'm not going to keep it a secret :). It's also possible that it's a bug only in my HW combination. As soon as a fix or tweak for this issue comes in, I'll do a new test on just the RTX 4070 Ti. Hogwarts Legacy especially in Hogsmeade and when using Ray Tracing on the Ultra setting is a very challenging game.
