This is a short video recorded on my Ryzen 2600 16GB RAM DDR3 and my nvidia 1650 super 4 GB, Ultra Details with FSR Quality. I average around 46 FPS but it was a bit lower because I was recording with obs.
Tips to get better performance:
-use FSR 2 with Sharpness close to 1, the game will look really good(even better than without FSR Imo)
-use lower quality textures if you have low VRAM (low-medium textures, for high you will need 8gb+ VRAM)
-set your correct ddr3 frequency from bios (over 2666 mhz )
-set your windows paging file to at least 12 GB RAM (or your game will crash)
-have an SSD and at least 16 GB Ram(32 gb will be better)

I made this list because a lot of people say that you need the latest video card to enjoy this game. YOU DON'T ! the game runs pretty well, at medium quality I get over 100 FPS and the game looks really good!
