Hogwarts Legacy - Rumors & New Details (2021)
5Hogwarts Legacy is an upcoming action role-playing game available on playstation, xbox and pc. The game is set in the late 1800s. You get to play as a student at hogwarts. Players will get to choose their Hogwarts House and attend classes at Hogwarts School of Witchcraft and Wizardry, and explore an open world consisting of locations including the Forbidden Forest and Hogsmeade Village. In the game, the player will learn to cast various magical spells, brew potions, tame magical beasts and master other combat abilities. A morality system will also play a role in the game.
Official news and rumors have surfaced with new details.
The game is expected to release around fall 2021. Full character customization has been mentioned, but that's already to be expected from previous leaked videos. There's going to be many classes with minigames that will improve your skills, stats, and level. A Full house system has been brought up in a new warner bros article. Depending on how you play your house you will either earn or lose points.
Classic characters from the franchise will most likely be brought up, but the game is going to have a fresh paint of characters. Social systems will be available, which means as a player you get to interact with npc's. Iconic locations from the books and movies will most likely be visitable. Riding and taming animals has been hinted upon, not only in the rumor mill but even in the announcement video.
