The routine must be performed like this:
- 15 pushups, then 25 squats, for 5 sets
- Speed of the movements MUST be controlled and slow

My final time was 5:30, it was my very first time trying out a drill like this (that I created like 10 minutes before training), and therefore I had no clue whether it would have been easy or hard to complete it! Next time I will beat it!
Feel free to try it out, just remember to do the pushups/squats at a normal and controlled speed!
