Homeworld Cataclysm/Emergence Speedrun in ~1 hour and 16 seconds.
5My timer bugged out at some point and is not displayed but from the moment of pressing 'Start' to the insant I killed the Naggarok is roughly 1 hour and 16 seconds.
I ran this game about two years ago and never before or after did I get it this fast. The last two levels...especially the last level is down to a lot of RNG and a lot of luck. In the second to last level I got an amazingly lucky cannon shot on the beast mothership and the last level the Naggarok was kind enough to target and charge into my EMP.

Rules I setup for myself:
Timer begins at the press of 'Start' in the main menu.
Timer ends when the Naggarok is destroyed.
All possible cutscenes may be skipped.
Objectives need not be completed in order.
Game difficulty is very easy...'tis a speedrun after all.
Time Compression (speed up) is allowed.
Side-Note
I also did speedruns without time compression. While those runs served as perfect slow motion practice for these runs, a perfected run is about 3 hours.
