Binding all four legs keeps Homunculus Beta in place so he doesn't run onto the building (no arrow legion use). You can cut out the second sync move in the first combo to be safe and not overdamage him. I felt more comfortable binding the front legs first, then going to the back legs. Sometimes the third chain bind ended up binding two legs, but I don't know why. Power Charge after the chain bind and you kill in two combos with the syncs. Doing the combos on the back legs makes sure your hits don't miss when he breaks out and flexes.
