This is just an informational video in case anyone participated in the Kickstarter or is curious about the sauce.

For those that don't know. These bottles were recommended to be dumped because of possibilities of Mold. So to test, I've left them sitting in a warm house in the same spot without moving them for weeks. (3 technically, maybe 4 if you consider shipping time) I decided this might be time to give one of the sauces a quick test..... but after having just eaten dinner, I just gave my review of the sauces.

Also there are 3 errors in the video. I meant to say the heat tastes like 50,000 Scoville. not 500,000. I'm an idiot who forgot words. Second error is that I didn't mention that I DIDN'T shake the bottles. I dipped a chopstick into one and tasted it. Most of the flavor and pepper oils were at the top, so that might have changed the flavor for me, as well as the heat of the sauce. It may end up being milder than I expect. Last error is that I compared Vinegar to Chlorine in Pools. I meant it should have a similar effect for killing more bacteria, but mold is a fungus, not a bacteria.

For those that did join the kickstarter but didn't get the first batch, this is what it looks like. Don't worry that you missed the first batch, cause even if mine doesn't end up growing mold, you won't miss out since they're resending them.... hopefully soon. Also the flavor is decent, but the heat is a bit soft.

Also a side note. Even considering the ingredients, Separation should have occurred in the sauce from sitting in one place for a long time. The only thing I noticed in the one bottle I tried is that some of the oils were on top of the sauce. Otherwise I could see no separation in any of the bottles. Not sure if that's a good thing or bad thing though.
