I tried to find every mob and useful destructible but it is possible I missed some.

Game crashed once costing ~50 seconds

This could be done as an actual speedrun if you use only characters that get max eidolon for free. I believe that currently this is only possible for trailblazer. You would also need to use no relics and the Herta store light cone.
