2I am using 4K DLSS-Balanced and Very High Settings without frame generation, outside of this video I tested 5K DLSS-B and got abour 20-30fps less on average, still without frame generation which you could use to boost fps at any resolution.
AMD FrameGen isn't tied to FSR, you can use DLSS and AMD FG.
