I saw some stutters so I figured I'd check how frequent they show up in the statistics.. Close to Max Settings, Motion blur and Chromatic blurring is disabled. Overall still a VERY good game, and there are mods to remove the green tint for a more realistic look.
But the game here, is all stock no mods.
