Silent Hill: Uncensored - Over 20 years after the release of the game in Europe, there is now a way to remove the PAL censorship of the game and be identical to the NTSC-US version. This censorship affects a creature of the game. It replaces the Grey Child (which we normally encounter at the beginning of the game, Midwich School & Lakeside Amusement Park) with Mumblers, an orange/brown creature that can be found in the sewers. With this patch, the PAL version is now like the NTSC-US version of the game, without censorship.

Akumajou Dracula X: Gekka No Yasoukyoku [English Translation] - An Action/Platformer 2D video game published by Konami released on March 20th, 1997 for the Sony PlayStation. This is the Japanese version of Castlevania: Symphony of the Night. Some people did not like the English DUB or the script of the US, version so they re-translated the Japanese version leaving the Original Audio.

Resident Evil 3 Nemesis: Dark Infection - A near 100% complete overhaul, changing almost the entirety of the game! Randomized weapons & ammo, randomized enemies, new routes, hidden rooms, more 3D interactive objects, more enemies, less red herbs, new documents, new weapon types, new weapon models, new damage effects in some weapons, new combinations, new enemies skins, new nemesis drops, new passwords, new item effects, new 3D models, 5 new costumes, new messages in some rooms, runner Zombies in some rooms, timers in some rooms, & enemies in rooms where there wasn't before! Also respawning certain enemies, respawning certain explosive barrels, new inventory screen, some fragments of the RE3 beta intro, & so much more!
Mortal Kombat 4: Hardcore Attack - This is a complete overhaul. New mode “Hardcore attack” for two players, score display is added to winner screen in Hardcore Attack mode, endurance mode modification, in “Ultimate endurance” added the menu for entering a name, endurance (1on2) mode is added to arcade mode. Random kombat kodes is added to “Endurance” mode, hidden characters added to “vs endurance” mod, meat modification, Noob Saibot move list is changed, Shinnok (boss version) is added to arcade mode, unlocked ability to execute the Goro, unlocked all arenas for Goro (under the player control), select weapon of any fighter, activated the meter for Reptile invisibility, special move “pushing back”, against AI is added, & finishing time item is added to the cheat menu.
Also, battle timer item is added to the options menu, the choice of two hidden characters in 2 on 2 mode is added.oopholes in AI tactics is fixed, block jabs is disabled, neutral jump kick on the floor is disabled, skipping credits is added, changed some default game options, new kombat kodes, new soundtrack, & new backgrounds menu and items menu color! In addition; the life bar glitch, on emulators with widescreen hack is fixed, displaying “throw breakers” is added, AI blocks all hits in combo, the players activation time after greeting is corrected, the accuracy of the Kai fireballs is increased, not hidden selection of the secret characters, on button R1 is added, the “Battles limit” calculation with disabled “VS screen” is fixed, vastly improved graphics, newly added characters from other Mortal Kombat games, & more!
