The better of the two Indycars and the best F1 vehicle in the game. It has all the benefits of being an Indy with Level 2 Charged Boost and has a lot of grip when steering normally. Having an extra level of Charged Boost over it's Indy brother, the Winning Formula, makes it much better on speed tracks. Technical tracks is what this vehicle dominates thanks to the maxed out handling stat. It can take any and all corners as long as the driver knows when to start drifting. The maxed out acceleration is also another perk for an F1 racer, allowing it to get up and on the go really quickly off the line.
Upgrading the Formula Flashback is definitely a good idea and you should spend the 700 Gears on it to make it perform really well. It is generally better than the Winning Formula simply because of it's extra level of Charged Boost. While it is a point slower in speed, the Boost it has makes up for it. Pick the Formula Flashback over Winning Formula, period.
