Visual-wise, Joker looks like a very fun vehicle. He feels great to drive, simple to control, and is responsive down to the teeth! It is also quite surprising that he is also a very stable car, even when hitting ramps. The stats show that his speed rating is at five, but he turns out to be faster than it implies, which makes him quite a speed demon on straights - he could even keep up with the best vehicles on them! If his Level 3 Charged Boost was carried over to his Legendary upgrade, he would be incredible to use. Joker is also stupendous on corners at high speeds, being a vehicle that is full of grip, but he doesn't have the most perfect.
Overall, he almost gets the top spot on Tier S. Honda S2000 prevails because of it's extra level of Charged Boost which makes it more viable for aerial shortcuts than Joker. Again, Joker would be one of the top tiers of Unleashed if he had one extra level of boost.
