Another very average Ninja Turtle car... And yet, another member of the 'Off-Roaders' which are a bit infamous for being underpowered. How disappointing... But first, let's go over Mikey's positives. For being a member of such vehicles, he does handle a little better than usual Off-Roaders by having good control when steering normally. But even so, he still understeers too much which keeps him from being competitive at all. When it comes to his stats, he's fine with low handling and good acceleration. And of course, a Level 3 Free Boost stat to go along with it...
A high B Rank vehicle at worst. At best, low A Rank. Mikey is just average, but not good enough to be viable for competitive racing. Leonardo is still the better car over Mikey, so avoid the orange masked ninja turtle and stick with the leader of the TMNT.
