I proudly present the full and hopefully final version of Pull It. I noticed I left a floor tile where it shouldn't be on the 2nd floor but that was fixed after the video was made. Otherwise it's an almost exact recreation of Push It from Hotline Miami, with Hotline Miami 2 assets. It features 3 floors, more enemies than the original Push It level and an end cut scene. Would make an excellent level for the console version since it's been play tested heavily with my Xbox One controller.

Install instructions: Make sure the Editor Beta is set in Steam and you have the editor for Hotline Miami 2. Extract the .zip, copy the folder to the Documents/my games/HotlineMiami2/Levels/single folder and play it from the editor menu.
