Same usual shii. After two weeks of not working out, I spiraled — again. Between switching workout programs and struggling to wake up at 4-5am just to avoid crowded gyms, it’s been rough. ADHD, poor sleep, sugar cravings, and a love-hate relationship with Planet Fitness all collide in this rant. Oh — and I reveal the not-so-shredded progress on my body too.
