READ THIS FIRST:

1) You can find Banette only on Thursdays in trash bins of pokemon village.
2) Its rarity is 10%-20%,so eventually you will encounter it
3) DO NOT change internal clock of 3DS as the game will then forbid you from participating in time-based events for some days,however if you DO IT just change back to legit date and wait 1-2 days.
4) The best & reliable method to encounter Banette is to save beside a shaking trash can and soft reset which is done by pressing L+R+START until you find one in the trash can.
