Hey guys, KingVector11 here, very sorry for a long wait during my summer break, we have a lot going on, plus I've been trying to figure out..

Why my GTA Online really lags.

Here I explain most causes, and how most solutions can only be solved on Rockstar's side of the issue. Other than that, if I had to fix it myself, I would ensure all files between GTA Online is separate from DLC's automatically added into the game by the developers as well as the DLC's being separate to avoid file overlap and confusion when the game attempts to read all files when properly loading in the game's content, and I would make auto-updating disabled so when there IS a new updated feature that it will update via Steam. But.. that's just me and what I feel is right at this point.

Anyways, please, I'm asking for another solution because I only see people saying 'Close all open background applications and shut them down in Task Manager and proceed to gaming' even though it makes my PC run at risk which in the end, slows it down even more. That part can not be recorded as it may end up freezing my PC or crash it entirely.

Please, I'm asking for as much help as applicable from whoever else has this same issue, and I'd like to enjoy the game as best as it could be without the lag behind it.
