In this video I explain the problem where people post YouTube comments, but the content creator either never sees the comment, or is unable to reply because the tools provided by Google just make you jump through too many hoops to do it. I show what causes the problem and how to avoid it. Unfortunately, as a video author, there's absolutely nothing I can do except to create this video to tell people about the problem.
