How every player reacts to Genshin Impact Surveys
3,021Hoyoverse Surveys at this point feel like they are pretty much pointless... Unless something SUPER DRASTIC happens in the community, it feels like they don't really listen, and it's just for community PR so seem like they are paying attention
Unfortunately, we still have to do the surveys, because on the off chance that they do listen, we should collectively come together and express the issues that we have with Genshin Impact. But even in games like Honkai Star Rail, and sometimes even Zenless Zone Zero, it feels like the surveys dont really do much.
It's no secret that Kuro Games listens to feedback and takes into consideration everything that is written on the surveys they put out, the Wuwa 2.0 and Wuwa 2.1 update were examples of that, but Genshin has so many problems that have been there since the beginning of the games that are honestly still there, and don't seem like they will be changed...
But at the end of the day, all we can do is hope, the Genshin Impact 5.5 updates doesn't look so promising, but maybe big changes will come in the 6.0 update with the new region
