When setting up the Cayo Perico Heist you can pay to add Support Crew options to help you when on the island, but some are more useful than others depending on your strategy.

The Weapon Stash is the exception as you only need it to stay in stealth on the Velum approach and it's the only one where you don't need to take out the control tower.

For all the other options you need to disable the control tower. This video takes you through what happens for each of them...
