This base requires 6 survivors and 2000 influence to move it. You'll find it in the town of Marshall to the southwest of Trumbull Valley.
It has 2 large facilities and 2 small facilities.
It has a built in level 3 infirmary, level 1 latrine, level 2 shooting range, a unique watchtower and barracks.
Overall, Fort Marshall doesn't have much customization which doesn't look good for its ratings. It's also in the dreadfully congested Marshall area.
