Namek Goku and heck, even Xenoverse in general have a serious problem with making Cast Characters underpowered. Today, I'm introducing a pseudo-new mechanic into the game: Character-Exclusive Super Souls!

This aims to make Cast Characters feel even more unique and powerful along with the stat boosts they've all received.

*These Super Souls are able to be changed once released, if necessary! Please feel free to leave feedback.
**These Super Souls were designed around hard Parallel Quests, not PvP.
***These Super Souls do not work in PvP.

Version 5.0:
GLOBAL CHANGES:
-Support for DLC 17
-Removed all instances of Conton City Quotes and Bulma quotes from the main hub [ENG only]
-Character Exclusive Super Souls have been introduced to the game, and are a lot stronger than normal Super Souls. Characters who contain them found in material.
-The Installer now has a new UI
-Installer has UI improvements
-The remastered Expert Missions now have a choice to be installed.

Other Changes:
-Charged Ki Wave was nerfed. [Was buffed last update but was too OP.]
-Fixed a bug pertaining to Expert Mission 3's Quest card where Great Ape Nappa was mistakenly referred to as Great Ape Baby.
-Added Artwork from "Warrior upon the Stand" my current newest quest.
-Maximum Charge was sped up by another 33%.
-Ultimate Charge was sped up by another 20%
-Divinity Unleashed was missing from the last update and was buffed to be much faster.
-Namek Goku with the Blue shirt on now has a more diverse moveset than his shirtless-counterpart instead of having the same one with Spirit Bomb as the only differential.
-Full Power Frieza's 1st Variation now has a more diverse moveset than his counterpart instead of having the same one with the Ultimates as the only differential.
-Shirtless Namek Goku no longer has Full Power Energy Wave as a Super, but instead Kamehameha.
-Namek Vegeta (Post Recoome) now has Victory Rush instead of Full Power Energy Blast Volley.
-Namek Vegeta (Post Recoome) now has Blue Aura instead of Red.
-NPC changes.

Namek Goku (Ones with "Super Saiyan) now have a new Super Soul *not available for CaC:

Vegeta's Super Soul *non-CAC Effects -
Effect 1 - When KO'd, massively restore all allies' HP. (10 times only)
Effect 2 - When KO'd, all allies gain infinite Ki and Stamina for 20 seconds. (10 times only)
Effect 3 - Gain Level 3 Limit Burst at all times.

Effect 1 - When using a Charged Ki Blast, keep the opponent ensnared for 10x the length of a normal Paralyze blast. (5 times only)
Effect 2 - When KO'd, auto-revive with 1.5 Health bars. (2 times only)
