How i create thumbnail's for my YouTube video's?

This is showing you how I create my thumbnails for my YouTube videos. The thumbnails usually take between 10 minutes to 40 minutes depending on the video topic, weather I want to show more of the pictures of where I have been etc.

I am hoping to release a Instructional video's series at least once every month depending on what time I have, money etc.

I am hoping over the next few months to be making videos with specific topics in mind.
