I highly encourage all of you lovely beings of the universe to listen and/or watch this video, especially those who deal with depression and/or anxiety. I sort of turned this into a silly video a little bit after halfway into it, but that's because talking about this subject was actually kind of tiring. Albeit, my sinuses were messing with my head, so; my thoughts were a bit scattered, but I hope you enjoy this video and I hope that you are informed about a few ways (out of many), in which some disorders can just be energy-draining. -Ben
