As you may already know, I've started my Youtube Channel almost a year now, throughout my journey, I have to deal with Imposter Syndrome so many times - I thought I wasn't good enough, and my content was worthless compare to other bigger channels.
Thankfully I no longer have that kind of thought any more, and I'm having fun as I go.
The thing is, when you're dealing with something you aren't familiar with, imposter syndrome may kick in. Even you don't care much about personal development, sometimes things happen to you and you're forced to change. Your boss may assign you some new responsibility. Maybe a host asks you to make an impromptu speech out of the blue.
So you must be prepared to deal with imposter syndrome when it arises. Now, I'm going to share the approach that works well for me, so that you can throw that imposter inside you to outer space.
