When I got my new PC, I noticed that my CPU was overheating at settings that my old PC would run just fine at lower specs. The game would still run but no way did I want APEX running at 80+ degrees every time I played. This was frustrating as I had just dropped a ton of $ on a PC that was supposed to be better in every way. After changing the v-sync to “triple buffered” it solved this issue and I was getting the performance that I expected from my new PC with better temps (low 70s @ 4k 240 hz) and performance.
