How I Fixed My Elden Ring Performance Issues on PC (Black Screen + Stuttering + FPS Drops)

I was having a bunch of performance issues with Elden Ring, including black screens, stuttering and random FPS drops. Here is what I did:

1) Black Screen: Updated my drivers. This is common in all Nvidia graphics cards. The update should remove black screen issues.

2) Stuttering & FPS Drops: Putting my settings at medium and adjusting Depth of Field to Low dramatically improved the performance on my laptop.
