How I prepare People Chow 3.0.1 (DIY Soylent Recipe)

I use Crisco Oil for the Soybean Oil, and MASECA Instant Corn Flour.
The amount of water you add for this recipe is totally up to you. I used to add about 1L less than I do now, which made the batch much thicker, but more filling overtime.
Some measurements aren't spot-on to what the recipe states. Ideally, you want accurate measurements, but you'll survive if you're off a bit :p The Whey Protein Isolate and Corn Flour especially probably won't cause any harm if they're off a bit more than everything else (and can be adjusted depending on if you want more calories and/or exercise heavily).
The Sugar and Diatomaceous Earth are extra. Instead of Sugar, I'm currently testing out Cocoa Powder (about 12g of it), and so far it seems to be a really nice change. If using DE, I'd recommend a smaller amount than what I used in the video to reduce chalkiness.
