How I setup Qbinds and Styles on my 49 Friar. DAoC Eden [Using Corsair M85 Mouse]
18I had some guildies ask how I set the friar up the other night, I think this works for the majority of cases. It was tougher than other classes I've played because all styles have a use case from what I can tell. Which is great, but forces you to get more creative (or buy an MMO mouse lol).
None of this is required to play Friar well, but I found it drastically helped me land reactionary's that are necessary such as parry/evade.
Time delayed events are not allowed on DAoC Eden. All that is explained here does not require time delayed events and works similarly to AHK.
Because I play on Linux and steam deck, AHK is a bit buggy to use thru Wine, so I opted into hard coding the mouse instead.
