Resident Evil Village is a good game. Not great, but it is good. Probably because it's director Morimasa Sato took so much inspiration from Shinji Mikami's Resident Evil 4. Some aspects of the game feel like they were copied straight from 4. Like the final Boss's spider form. Like the treasure system.
