Rell is a super cool champion with really good abilities and an awesome lore if Riot took the time to make her more enjoyable to play I think there would be no reason for a complete rework of the champion
Making her faster when off the horse and able to atleast sorta keep up with the fact that every single champion has some sort of speed up dash or jump would help alot with making her feel less like she has an anchor on her back and not really able to contribute anything until u can get back on ur horse and then wait again until ur abilites are off cooldown for a second time by then most teamfights are already over
I plan to do a few of these for whatever champs I think would be cool but my main biggest complaint is that riot games simply just doesn't care for the champions they arent going to stop and put the polish and care into making the champion the best it can be
