The UK military has been training in the fjords of Norway, joined by HMS Albion and RFA Mounts Bay.

The vessels have worked together to deliver personnel and equipment to where they need to be.

However, it takes a lot of work behind the scenes to keep the ships and all the people involved in the training moving in the right direction.
