How the Samsung Kies Air app allows you to access your Android over Wi-Fi using a web browser
WARNING - I will NOT be held responsible for any damages the software(s) and methods shown in this video may cause to yours or someone else's computer, hardware, software, and/or data, including loss of use of such devices and/or loss of data and/or loss of profits from the resulting inability to use such devices and data. Any information or program you choose to put into use from this video is done AT YOUR OWN RISK. As a precaution, I recommend backing up any irrecoverable data before installing and using ANY new software(s), including those shown in this video.
NOTE that it would seem that Samsung Kies Air is ONLY available on Samsung devices that come with it PRE-INSTALLED (that is to say, already present on the Samsung device at purchase). There seems to be no way to download Samsung Kies Air to a Samsung device that does not already have it.
This video will show you how the Samsung Kies Air app allows you to access your Android over Wi-Fi using a web browser (wirelessly over your wi-fi home or local area network (LAN) using NO external software other than a standard Internet web browser on your PC)! With the Samsung Kies Air app, you can access the following on your smart phone through your computer's web browser:
Photos
Videos (including streaming their playback through the web browser)
Music
Ringtones
Bookmarks
Messages
Call Log
Contacts
File Explorer
This application was already present by default on my CANADIAN version of the Samsung Galaxy W SGH-T679M (known elsewhere as the Samsung Galaxy Exhibit II 4G).
