When entering the final turn on the Riviera track you should notice two cones. Hit both of these cones with your car and turn around - you’ll now notice a gap in the barrier which you can drive down to access the cone mini-game track. This works in Arcade Championship/Practice and Time-Trial. You can only access the mini-game once per run.
