HOW TO ACTIVATE TWO POWER SUPPLIES - FINAL BOSS - INFERNO

So this is tricky, you need to measure your timing, so the trick consists on pushing the right power supply thrice a little bit. For that you need to know this:

1) press the power suplly for 1 second

2) let nemesis cool down

3) while he is cooling down, shoot to all vessels but one, leaving one for the end

4) repeteat 1 and 2, twice more, and keep 1 intact vessel

5) shoot at the final vessel close to the right power supply

6) then activate both rigth power suplies.

and that is it, it is not as easy as it looks like, so watch out for Nemi.
