Steps:
- Open up the settings app on your phone, in settings scroll down to ‘accounts and backup’
- At the top of the ‘accounts and backup’ settings, tap on ‘manage accounts’
- Then at the bottom of the list of accounts tap on ‘add account’
- Choose the type of account you would like to add, in this case, google.
- Sign in to your google account.
- Here you have the option to add a phone number to your google account, you can choose to add one or skip this step at the bottom of the page.
- Tap ‘I agree’ to agree to Google’s terms of service and privacy policy.
- You can choose to backup your data to google drive or not, by switching the toggle on or off.
- Tap accept.
- Your google account has now been added to your phone.
