How to add Wordle to your Home Screen on Android
39In this video I'm going to show you how to get Wordle on your phone just like an app. Now, we know that Wordle is not an official app, so if you go to the website, I'm going to show you how to put a shortcut onto your home screen that looks just like an app.
So open up google chrome on your phone and go to the official Wordle website. Then tap on the three dots, in the top right hand corner, and you'll see towards the bottom, it will say add to home screen. So, tap on this and then tap on add again.
This may pop up if you are using a pixel phone. So just hit add to home screen once more and now, if we come out of Google Chrome, you will see in a second or two here that the Wordle Game will now show as a shortcut on our Android home screen.
