Not too long ago, I found another piece of software capable of backing up Dreamcast games. The Dreamcast SD Rip. This program is a little more straight foward than Dreamshell, capable of dumping not only your games but also your bios. The only downside I see is that you can't separate game files into different folders, meaning you'll have to move the contents to your computer before doing it again. Still, for what it is, it does the job well.
