How To: Basic Winged Eyeliner | Tips & Tricks

Here are some tips:
Tip#1
I prefer the brush to the pen for majority of the eye if not all of the eye. I only use the eyeliner pen for finer artwork etc. The brush moves nicely along the curves of your eye.
Tip#2
For a consistent eye, use the bottom eyelid to extend towards your eyebrow.
Tip#3
Work from the outside of your eye, towards the inside (towards your nose) This will ensure you have a thin line. If you start from the inside, you will generally start with a ticker line.
Tip#3
No shame in redoing an eye if it doesn't fit. Earbuds, especially the pointy ones are great for the finer look.
Tip#4
Do your eyeshadow first & then your eyeliner!
Tip#5
Waterproof eyeliner are the best!
