The track is part of the Tifosi Italia DLC Pack 1, which also includes the Lamborghini and 2024-spec Peugeot 9X8 Hypercar. The package costs £9.99 GBP / €11.99 / $12.99 USD and is available on PC from today, 23rd July 2024.
