Throw on the Watergod Bracelet, The Flameshield Choker, the Flameward Bangle, and any other accessories to shield you from flame and enhance your ice. Ice is important, and if you have Blizzaga, now's a good chance to see what it can do. When your foe starts casting Wrecking Ball, send Blizzaga his way; he'll be tossed into the air, where he takes decent damage and gets all that much closer to another stagger. Guard his other attacks, and be ready to avoid his flame-spewing ways: you'll need some good timing to block most of the fire damage.
