The Lich King plays a spell at the start of his first turn depending on your class:
Priest: Can't use emotes
Warlock: Deal two damage for each duplicate in deck
Druid: Remove all 3 or lower cost minions from hand/deck
Rogue: Remove all spells from hand/deck
Shaman: All minions you play are 1/1
Paladin: Whenever your minions die, the LK summons a copy
Mage: Set your remaining health to 1
Warrior: LK gains 100 armor
Hunter: Deal two damage for each minion in deck

Mages can play Kabal Lackey + Counterspell at the first turn to negate the 29 damage.
