First start a run as tainted Cain and keep resetting the run until you get a 7 cent item in the shop, then you will want to craft four steam sales. steam sale crafting recipe: 4 coins, 1 heart, 1 bomb, 2 keys. Once you make the four steam sales you will infinitely be able to buy shop items which will turn into crafting material, therefore breaking the game.
